When it comes to choosing a pet care provider, we put ourselves in your shoes and taylor our service to your pets’ needs. Our intake process helps us determine the level of care your animals need and arrive at a rate based upon that need. In general, we offer the following:
~ House/Pet Sitting A pet care provider stays in your home. While we are not housekeepers, we do clean up after ourselves and any accidents your pets may have during our stay. We will keep up the appearance of life as normal in your home to deter the chance of a break-in. We pick up the mail, make sure packages are retrieved and secured, and water indoor plants. Our day runs from 8am to 8am the following morning, except for the final day when we leave at 7am to allow us time to get to our next client (we do not prorate for partial days). Our daily *fee is determined by the number of animals and the level of care required.
~Drop-in Service This covers anything from a 30-minute potty break, to an hour hike for exercise. Our providers will feed/water your pets, spend time playing or simply cuddling and giving attention. We believe no animal should be left alone for more than four hours at a time, without some social interaction. *Fees are determined by the hour.
~Barn Chores The animals outside the home fall under this category and include: chickens, ducks and all fowl; horses, cows, goats, sheep, donkeys, pigs and any other livestock. We muck stalls, clean coops, feed, water and pasture as needed. As with all animals, we ask for explicit instruction as you know your animals best. *Fees are determined by the hour.
* We observe six (6) holidays and fees are adjusted on those days. The email containing the contracted agreement sent one week prior to service, outlines all fees as agreed upon during the initial meeting.
